Career Highlights
Heather Haigh is the Founder & Principal of Aspiring Growth, Inc. With more than 25 years of experience in wealth management and leadership development, she partners with wealth leaders and teams navigating growth, complexity, and organizational evolution.
After 18 years at RBC Wealth Management in senior leadership roles including VP & Director of Global Sales Enablement, VP New Advisor & Wealth Management Training, and Head of Diversity for Wealth Management Canada, Heather founded Aspiring Growth to help leaders and teams strengthen how they think, align, decide, and lead together.
Heather is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching®, and Tilt365® Certified Agility Practitioner. Her work integrates executive coaching, systemic team coaching, neuroscience, vertical development, and organizational change management to support leaders and teams navigating increasing complexity.
She has studied directly with globally recognized leaders in executive and systemic team coaching including David Peterson, David Goldsmith, Prof. Peter Hawkins, and Dr. Catherine Carr.
Personal Highlights
Heather has always been drawn to meaningful conversations, storytelling, music, and the complexity of being human. Whether coaching leaders, speaking on stage, writing, or singing around a campfire at the lake, she believes connection and reflection are often where real growth begins.
She is the author of Living by HEART, a proud mom of three inspiring, intelligent, and often hilarious young men, and is deeply grateful for her wonderful and endlessly supportive husband who continues to make her laugh through all of life’s seasons.
Heather lives in Toronto with her family and their two golden doodles, and feels most grounded near the water, surrounded by music, nature, laughter, and the people she loves most.

Our Origin Story
The word aspire comes from the Latin aspirare, meaning “to breathe.”
When Heather founded Aspiring Growth in 2016, she was drawn to the idea that growth is not simply about achieving more. It is about creating space to think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and become more fully aligned with who we are and how we want to show up in the world.
Over time, that philosophy evolved alongside the work itself.
What began as coaching focused on individual growth expanded into leadership evolution, systemic thinking, and helping teams navigate increasing complexity together.
Today, Aspiring Growth continues to reflect both dimensions:
