Leadership feels different at this level.

It asks more of you.

For wealth leaders navigating increasing complexity, evolving expectations, and the challenge of leading across multiple systems.

You’re being pulled in too many directions

You’re expected to lead across more people, more priorities, and more complexity than ever before.

At times, it can feel like:

  • You’re moving between priorities all day, but nothing feels like it’s gaining traction.
  • Your team has shifted, and you want to build something stronger this time, but you aren’t sure how.
  • You’re trying to improve the culture, but what you’re doing isn’t getting the results you expected.

You’re working hard to lead well.

And yet, something isn’t shifting.

You’re not leading in one place

At this level, you’re not just leading a team.

You’re leading, influencing, and contributing across multiple systems. Your team, advisory teams, clients, internal partners, your broader organization, and your community.

Each with different expectations, pressures, and ways of working. And you’re moving between them all day.

Leading a wealth team today is more challenging than ever.

That changes how leadership works.

The challenge isn’t just what you do.

It’s how you move between systems without carrying everything yourself, how you let go of control in the right places while maintaining standards, and how you influence outcomes without stepping into every decision.

It’s also how you stay connected without being constantly available.

Over time, it’s easy to become the centre of it all.

Even when that wasn’t your intention.

Coaching grounded in how you lead

We use coaching to challenge how you think, lead, and show up across the systems you’re part of, because those patterns shape how people respond, how decisions are made, and how your team and business function.

Together, we:

  • Slow down your thinking so you can see what’s really happening.
  • Explore where you’re holding on and where you can create space.
  • Shift how you lead so others can step up with clarity and ownership.
  • Strengthen your ability to influence without overextending yourself.

This work is practical, strategic, and shows up in real time.

What starts to shift

As your leadership evolves, you begin to create space for strategic thinking without disconnecting from your team.

You shift from telling to asking in a way that builds ownership, and you hold clear expectations without stepping into everything.

You lead across systems with greater clarity and intention and feel less pulled in every direction and more grounded in how you lead.

Not by doing more.

By leading differently.

At some point, this work extends beyond you

As your leadership shifts, something else starts to happen.

Conversations become clearer. Decisions feel more grounded. Ownership begins to shift.

And you may start to notice that it’s not just about how you lead. It’s about how the team works together.

Not adding more. But getting clearer on what matters, letting go of what doesn’t, and aligning around how work actually gets done.

That’s where team coaching becomes a natural step.

Not as a replacement for this work, but as an extension of it.

Where we focus

We design each engagement around you and your context.

The work often includes shifting from tactical to more strategic leadership, navigating the balance between control and influence, and strengthening how you lead conversations that matter.

We also look at how clarity and accountability show up across your team and beyond, especially through periods of change, growth, and evolving expectations.

A partnership grounded in what’s actually happening

This isn’t a theoretical conversation about leadership.

We’ll start with what’s real. What you’re navigating with your team, where things aren’t landing the way you expected, and where you’re carrying more than you want to.

From there, we look at what’s happening across the systems you’re part of. Not just what you’re doing, but how people are responding, how decisions are being made, and where things are getting stuck.

You don’t need to frame it perfectly.

You come with what’s happening. We work from there.

FAQs

What if I don’t have time for coaching?

I get it. Many leaders tell me they don’t have time for coaching. The challenge is WHEN will you have more time? The leaders I work with tell me they’re surprised to discover more time opens in their calendar after we start working together. What if dedicating one hour of coaching every two weeks gave you MORE TIME? By looking at how you spend your time today and how you want to spend your time, we’ll identify the changes you can make right now to create time for what really matters.

Yes, let’s talk!

I’ve had mixed results with coaching. Why will it be different with you?

Successful coaching requires a few key ingredients: FIT (Are you and the coach a good fit?), FOCUS (Are the expectations clear and aligned?) and WILL (What are you willing to commit to?). FIT and FOCUS can be clarified through an initial call with a prospective coach you are considering hiring. WILL is entirely up to you. Are you willing to be curious? Are you willing to get uncomfortable? Are you willing to do things differently to get different results? With a coach you trust (FIT), clear expectations (FOCUS), and your commitments (WILL), you will see results.

Coaching is expensive. Are there more economical options?

If this is your first time investing in private 1:1 coaching, the rates may surprise you. Consider the value of what you are paying for. Ask yourself: Would the expense be worth it if it helped me elevate my leadership? Could my company help me or pay a portion of it? If the cost is beyond what you can afford, you may want to look at group coaching or online asynchronous learning programs. They won’t be as customized, but they may give you support developing your leadership skills. With me, you are paying for my 25 years of industry experience, professional coaching, and a trusted thinking partner supporting you to elevate your leadership.
