You’ve built a successful wealth practice. Now it needs to scale beyond you.

For wealth advisors managing $50MM+ who are ready to reduce decision drag, strengthen execution, and build a high-value, team-based business.

Where growth starts to feel different

You’ve moved beyond the early build phase.

You have clients. You have momentum. You may even have a team.

But the business still depends heavily on you.

You’re making most of the decisions. You’re staying close to everything to keep it moving. You’re carrying more than you expected at this stage.

And while it works… it’s not scalable.

This is where wealth practices plateau

At this stage, the challenge isn’t effort or capability.

It’s how the business is running.

  • You’re still at the centre of too many decisions.
  • Your team supports you, but doesn’t fully carry the work.
  • Execution depends on your involvement.
  • Growth requires more from you, not less.
  • Ideas don’t always translate into consistent action.

This is where strong practices either stall or evolve into something much more powerful.

Coaching grounded in how you run your business

This is coaching, applied directly to your wealth practice.

We use coaching to challenge how you think, decide, and execute because those patterns shape how your business actually runs.

Together, we:

  • Identify where you’re still at the centre of the business.
  • Shift how decisions are made and owned.
  • Strengthen execution so things move without constant oversight.
  • Build the structure and habits that allow your team to focus on what matters and follow through consistently.

This is how your business begins to scale beyond you, without everything depending on you.

What starts to shift

As your practice evolves, you begin to:

  • Focus on the work that actually drives growth.
  • Follow through on priorities instead of constantly resetting.
  • Shift ownership into your team with clarity and trust.
  • Create consistency in how the business operates.
  • Free up time without losing momentum.

Not by doing more.

By changing how the business works.

Where we focus

Every engagement is customized, but often includes:

  • Clarifying how your practice needs to evolve at this stage.
  • Strengthening the structure of your busienss so it doesn’t realy on you for everything.
  • Strengthening your approach to clients, growth, and referrals.
  • Developing your team to take on more ownership.
  • Building consistent execution across the business.

A partnership built around your business

This isn’t a fixed program or one-size-fits-all approach.

We start by looking at what you’ve built, where things are getting stuck, and what needs to evolve next

From there, we design an engagement that supports real, sustained progress.

As your busines evolves, so does your role as a leader.

At a certain point, it’s not just about how the practice runs, but how you lead within it. Learn more about Wealth Leader.

Your business can’t grow past how it runs

At a certain point, growth stops being about effort.

It becomes about:

  • how decisions are made;
  • how work flows through the business; and,
  • how much still depends on you.

When those don’t evolve, neither does the business.

A thinking partner who understands how wealth practices grow

I’ve spent more than 25 years working with wealth professionals and teams, including 18 years inside one of Canada’s leading wealth management firms.

I understand what it takes to build a successful practice, and what it takes to evolve it.

Clients choose to work with me because:

  • I understand the business, not just the theory.
  • I see what’s getting in the way quickly.
  • I challenge your thinking and support you to follow through.

This isn’t about adding more to your plate.

It’s about building a practice that works differently.

FAQs

How do I know if I'm at the right stage for this work?

This work is designed for wealth professionals managing roughly $50MM+ who are building a team and looking to scale their practice beyond themselves.

If you’re earlier in your career, a structured program like Aspiring Excellence may be a better fit.

What if I don’t have time for coaching?

I get it. It’s the number one reason wealth professionals wait.

The real question is: when will you have more time?

At this stage of your business, time doesn’t just appear. It’s created by changing how your practice runs.

It might surprise you that one hour of coaching every two weeks can actually create more space in your calendar. Together, we’ll look at where your time is going, what actually drives growth, and where you’re still too central to the work.

Then we make shifts, right away!

Could that be worth your time?

Yes, let’s talk!

Coaching hasn’t worked for me in the past. Why will it be different with you?

That’s a fair question.

Successful coaching comes down to three things: fit, focus, and commitment.

  • Fit: Do we trust each other and challenge each other well?
  • Focus: Are we working on what actually matters in your business right now?
  • Commitment: Are you willing to think differently and do things differently?

Where coaching often falls short is when it stays at the level of ideas.

Our work is applied directly to your wealth practice, how you think, decide, and execute, so it leads to real change in how your business runs.

If those three elements are in place, you’ll see results.

Coaching is expensive. What if I can’t afford it?

If this is your first time investing in private coaching, the cost can feel significant.

The better question is: what would need to change in your business for it to be worth it?

At this stage, small shifts in how you think, decide, and execute can have a meaningful impact on your time, your growth, and how your practice operates.

Some clients are supported by their firm. Others invest personally.

If it’s not the right time financially, that’s okay. There are other ways to start such as group programs or earlier-stage development.

This work is for when you’re ready to evolve how your business actually runs.

A safe place to grow

“Heather is an amazing coach and guide. Her ability to listen and provide a safe place for me to express my most private thoughts has allowed me to explore the areas that I’ve not touched on previously or were just too uncomfortable to delve into. The work we’ve done together has helped me through a very meaningful change in my life.

Heather challenges me to seek personal growth and to embrace self-love. Our discussions stay with me long after our sessions are over. She is that voice in my head that reminds me of the goals that I have set and the path that I have chosen.”
