CLARITY: Your GPS for leadership
Most leaders have a business or strategic plan; less than 20% have a leadership vision. You’ll define what matters most, how you want to lead, and the legacy you intend to leave.
CONFIDENCE: Get out of your own way
Understand the inner critic/committee and strengthen your inner ally. Build authority, presence, and influence (API). With Tilt365 and the Agility Growth Tracker, you’ll measure confidence and agility as they grow.
COMPETENCE: Leader as Coach
Practice the coaching core competencies — presence, active listening, asking (vs. telling), and direct communication — and apply vertical development to expand how you see and lead, moving toward transformational leadership.

Who We Are
Hi! We’re Alicia Saint and Heather Haigh.
We built our careers in male-dominated industries, checking all the “success” boxes – until we realized the old rules came at the expense of health and harmony. WLN is our answer: a better way forward for women leaders.
Together, we bring 50+ years as senior leaders, facilitators, and coaches. We’ve led women’s networks, built systemic development programs, and coached hundreds of leaders and teams. We’re ICF-certified executive coaches, Tilt365® Agility Practitioners, and graduates of the Accelerating Coach Excellence (ACE) Virtuoso™ program.
